I've just done watching Vampire Knight Guilty...
Overall I'll rate it 5 stars!! Of course....
Full of suspenses and surprises...and even the plot is really out of my expectations. Basically, this second season of Vampire Knight reveals the secrets lie within the first season and we'll even discover more shocking truths. And the most important decision has been made by Yuuki. Even the query of whether Yuuki chooses Zero or Kaname will be answered in this second season. I would say that Matsuri Hino is getting better at twisting the plot to make it more interesting and yet not confusing.
What is Vampire Knight all about?
Based on my understanding, this story revolves around the life in Cross Academy found by Cross Kaein in his effort to enable the vampire to live in harmony among the humans. The Cross Academy established two classes, named Day Class for the human students and Night Class for the elegant pureblood and noble blood vampires. The vampire is not to feed on human blood anymore but on a blood tablet instead. The main leads in this anime are Cross Yuuki, Zero Kiryuu and Kuran Kaname. Zero is one of the cursed twins born in the vampire hunter family whose parent is already dead being killed by one of the pureblood vampires named Hiou Shizuka. The reason for the murder was that Zero's parents killed Shizuka's fiancé when in fact Shizuka's fiancé had not yet reach Level E and was not in the list. In the tragedy, Zero has been bitten by Hiou Shizuka which means that he is turned into a vampire and can in any time reach the Level E. This is a taboo as Zero is trained to be a vampire hunter when in fact he himself is to be turned into that monster. So Zero tends to hate himself.
Mainly the story is about paying revenge and the conflicts between the vampires themselves and between vampires and human being. I was totally captured by the plot of the story where Zero has to fight against his vampire's desire and his human sanity, Yuuki tries to recover her lost memory that leads to a shocking truth at the climax of the plot, Kaname who I see rather looks like having his own very well-planned agenda and the most of all the love triangle between Zero, Yuuki and Kaname. Honestly, I'd love to see Yuuki with Zero as Kaname is just too elegant to be with someone childish like Yuuki. Geez, I meant to say Zero is much more cool and hot, okay.
I guess I'm not going to give anymore spoiler. Why don't you give it a try. I bet there'll be no regret spending your time watching this anime. Besides you'll get to see all those handsome and beautiful pureblood and noble blood vampires. Geez, they're irresistable; Hanabusa Aidou, Akatsuki Kain, Takuma Ichijou, Shiki Senri, Seiren, Ruka Souen, Rima and so on. I just wish I could attend the night class with them. Oooooooooooooohhhh. Okay, enough the frenzy thing.

Zero Kiryuu - is one of the male protagonists of Vampire Knight. Yuki's close friend and the only other Cross Academy Guardian, Zero descends from a noted family of vampire hunters and was trained to be a Vampire Hunter by Toga Yagari. Zero carries an anti-vampire gun named "Bloody Rose”. Zero was taken in by Kaien Cross as the sole survivor of a murderous attack on his family by Shizuka Hio, during the attack, Zero was bitten causing him to turn into a vampire four years later. Due to the attack, Zero developed a deep hatred and distrust of vampires. He kept his vampiric nature secret even from Yuki until bloodlust overwhelmed him and he bit her. Filled with self-loathing and depression, Zero is provoked by Yuki into continuing on when she pledges to feed him her blood to keep him living. He is protective of Yuki, preventing her from trading her humanity to Shizuka Hio in exchange for preventing his degenerating into a Level E vampire, swearing never to allow Yuki to become a vampire; knowing this, Kaname Kuran allows Zero to live because Zero would do anything to protect Yuki. However, with Shizuka's death, Zero is forced to drink the blood of Kaname to delay becoming a level E vampire. Following Zero's discovery that Yuki is actually a pureblood vampire, Zero and Yuki sever their friendship. Zero is eventually arrested by the Hunters Association and it is revealed that Kaname had been grooming Zero in order for him to protect Yuki and defeat Rido Kuran. Soon afterward, Zero is shot by his twin brother and finally completes the Twin Hunter fragment after he is convinced to "eat" the dying Ichiru. With this final act, as a twin hunter who has become a vampire and carrying the blood of three purebloods (Yuki, Kaname and by proxy Shizuka), Zero becomes one of the most powerful characters appearing in the series. Interrupting the battle between Yuki and Rido, Zero declares his former friend his enemy, though they are able to work together and defeat Rido. Zero reveals his intention to kill all pureblood vampires including Yuki, but finds that he cannot bring himself to kill her. Yuki in turn says she will keep running from him so that he has a reason to live. Zero now finds himself poised as the future president of the Hunters Association.
Yuuki Cross - is the female protagonist of Vampire Knight. Yuki begins the story as a regular human, the adopted daughter of the headmaster of Cross Academy and a 16 year old first year student, acting as a Guardian protecting the Day Class from the vampires. In this capacity, she wields the Artemis, an anti-vampire weapon formerly used by her mother. Yuki is friends with Sayori Wakaba and Zero Kiryu, the latter of which she is determined to help once she discovers he is has been turned into a vampire, following which their friendship rapidly evolves. She has been in love with Kaname Kuran since he saved her, but is drawn into a love triangle that includes Zero. She is generally a cheerful and comedic character. She is portrayed as excessively stupid, being a poor student and often kept ignorant by other characters who know more about goings-on. Towards the climax of arc one, Yuki is revealed to be a pureblood vampire and the Kuran princess. Ten years ago, Juri Kuran sacrificed herself to seal Yuki's vampiric side and erase her daughter's memory. Kaname re-awakened Yuki's vampire side when the threat of Rido returns.
Kaname Kuran - is a male protagonist and is the pureblood vampire who saved Yuki from an attack by another vampire when she was Five years old. He is the class president of the Night Class, both feared and respected by the other Night Class students. Kaname belongs to the Kuran family, the most powerful of the purebloods. The current rulers of vampire society, as setup by Kaname's grandfather, feared a return of the monarchy and saw Kaname as a threat. Kaname progressed the idea of peace between the two races, but only for the sake of his beloved sister. Normally a stoic and authoritative individual, Kaname's kind and gentle attitude toward Yuki puzzled his fellow vampires. Yuki is the only person, be it vampire or human, that he truly cares for. Kaname informs Zero that he only allows Zero's existence by Yuki's side to ensure her safety. He eventually reveals to Yuki that he loves her.
Takuma Ichijou - he is the vice-president of the Night Class and the Moon Dormitory. He is an old friend of Kaname and is very loyal to him. He is a noble-class vampire nearly as powerful as Kaname, whom he is close to and respects. As a descendant of one of the vampire Council's members, he is a high class vampire despite his usual cheerful and mild-tempered demeanor.
Hanabusa Aidou - A.k.a Idol-senpai. The hottest, I guess, and the most popular among the day Class students. He is of a mischievous sort. he worships Kaname and is one of Kaname's right-hand man alongside Akatsuki Kain. A noble-class vampire who can conjure and control ice, Aido often appears cheerful and friendly one moment, but vindictive and cruel the next. A perceptive individual, he figures out Zero is a vampire, but he keeps this information to himself without any hidden agenda in mind.
Akatsuki Kain - Hanabusa's cousin and Kaname's right-hand man. Always got in trouble because of reckless action of Hanbusa's.Kain's ability as a vampire is the opposite of Aido's, the ability to conjure and control fire. Kain has feelings for Ruka, often appearing at her side when she is feeling down about Kaname's unwillingness to accept her feelings.
Ruka Souen - One of the Night Class students. have a deep feeling towards Kaname and is envy of Yuuki. However, she's still loyal to Kaname and her power is rather like mind controlling.
Senri Shiki - is one of the youngest Night Class members and works as a model with Rima Touya. He is a cousin of Yuki. He is 178 cm tall. When the Night Class is given orders to hunt down a level E vampire, Shiki is usually the one sent out hunting the level E vampires. He is able to control and bend his blood at will. Shiki's father is Rido Kuran, making him Kaname and Yuki's cousin, and his mother's uncle is part of the council. His mother was also a former actress, making the Shiki family well known.
Rima Touya - is one of the youngest Night Class students and she works as a model alongside Senri Shiki. Her height is 170 cm. The relationship with Shiki is unknown, though they are almost always seen together. In the anime and sometimes in the manga Rima is seen feeding Shiki a Japanese snack called Pocky. She cares deeply for Shiki and possesses a personality similar to his. As a vampire, Touya possesses lightning or electricity related abilities.
Seiren - is a student of the Night Class, and is Kaname's unofficial bodyguard. She is usually the first to defend Kaname from anyone she regards as a threat. She barely refrains from killing Zero when he threatens Kaname with the Bloody Rose. Seiren also appears to serve Kaname in the capacity of a spy or informant, for example, she is the one that tells Kaname that his uncle has risen. She uses her body as a weapon and is very skilled in hand-to-hand combat. After Rido was killed, Seiren chose to continue following her master, Kaname.
